Overview:
Audio and Video Technician will install, maintain and ensure all audio/ visual equipment is in top working order for the Miller fleet of vehicles, school buses and motor coaches.


Responsibilities:
  • Install satellite systems, FM radios, speakers, two-way radios, GPS systems and camera systems in motor coaches and school buses
  • Monitor the operation of all installed audio/video equipment and make any necessary repairs
  • Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
  • Meet schedules and time deadlines
  • Work independently with little direction
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior school bus/ motorcoach video and satellite installation experience required
  • Ability to troubleshoot audio/video equipment
  • Ability to install and maintain 2-way radios
  • Highly skilled at problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good attendance and punctuality record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and adhere to Miller Drug/Alcohol and Employment Policies.
