Audio and Video Technician will install, maintain and ensure all audio/ visual equipment is in top working order for the Miller fleet of vehicles, school buses and motor coaches.
Install satellite systems, FM radios, speakers, two-way radios, GPS systems and camera systems in motor coaches and school buses
Monitor the operation of all installed audio/video equipment and make any necessary repairs
Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
Meet schedules and time deadlines
Work independently with little direction
Other duties as required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior school bus/ motorcoach video and satellite installation experience required
Ability to troubleshoot audio/video equipment
Ability to install and maintain 2-way radios
Highly skilled at problem solving
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good attendance and punctuality record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and adhere to Miller Drug/Alcohol and Employment Policies.
