Overview of Position: Receives, investigates and responds to all HoosierRide customer inquiries and problems. Solves inquiries in a professional and effective manner. Enters data into the database system accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Input and verify data into the database.
Process customer tickets received within designated timeframes.
Communicate with Management to resolve computer and software problems.
Completes reports as requested
Back up files.
Clerical duties including filing documents, answering multi-line phones, etc.
Resolve customer ticket issues
Answers phone inquires about Hoosier Ride schedules, costs, pick-up/drop locations, etc.
Other duties as requested.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Strong data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency
Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills, call center experience a plus.
Must be highly detail oriented.
On-time and dependable.
