Overview of Position:
Receives, investigates and responds to all HoosierRide customer inquiries and problems.  Solves inquiries in a professional and effective manner.  Enters data into the database system accurately and in a timely manner. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Input and verify data into the database.
  • Process customer tickets received within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate with Management to resolve computer and software problems.
  • Completes reports as requested
  • Back up files.
  • Clerical duties including filing documents, answering multi-line phones, etc.
  • Resolve customer ticket issues
  • Answers phone inquires about Hoosier Ride schedules, costs, pick-up/drop locations, etc.
  • Other duties as requested.

Education and/or Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, call center experience a plus.
  • Must be highly detail oriented.
  • On-time and dependable.
