School Bus Sales/ Account Manager

Objective: 
Build and maintain customer relationships while providing outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
-Pricing and Booking Charters, assuring that all info received timely (signed contracts are received, itineraries/deposits/final payments received, contact day of phone number on all night/weekend trips)
-Answers telephone inquiries and two-way radio as needed. Due to large number of inquiries, must stay organized and prioritize.
-Maintain and build customer base.
-Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised.
-Work effectively with dispatch by communicating changes and resolutions to problems or potential problems.
-Work with dispatch monitoring morning routes.
-Assist with driving routes/trips as needed.
-Performing administrative work.
-Outside sales visits. Attend conventions or meetings as needed.
-Assist Route Coordinator.
-Other duties as required.


Education and/or Experience:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-A minimum of three years sales experience preferred.
-Excellent communication (interpersonal, oral and written) in order to give instructions clearly, and ability to work well with others
-Ability to work effectively and professionally in coordination with other people.
-Good personal and conflict resolution skills.
-Posses and maintain a Class B CDL (or higher) with passenger and school bus endorsements
-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, and adhere to Miller Drug/Alcohol Policy.
-Knowledge of industry values and business solutions.
